Outstanding hotel. Perfect location. The staff are knowledgeable, flexible, helpful, and put the customer first. Their breakfasts are excellent, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. Their espresso and other coffees are outstanding. They have outstanding laundry service, which is inexpensive and high quality. They have bicycles. The pool is lovely. I always go to this hotel when I visit Kanchanaburi. This hotel is a hidden gem.

Staying at this hotel was like staying at a private jungle garden. Very peaceful and relaxing. Staff very friendly as well. Such a nice place, was difficult to want to leave for our tours. A very good hotel overall with an outstanding fitness center. The one thing that can be improved are the breakfast choices because the variety is very limited, especially if you are an international business traveler. Granted that maybe international business travelers are most of their customers and so the breakfast is tailored to Thai residents who might prefer the kind of food that was served at breakfast.
