An extra nice touch was a load of wood being dropped off at the whare if we needed it, and a 10% discount at the cafe, literally at the end of the driveway, was very convenient and a lovely touch of hospitality. Cottage is very close to the hosts property so bear this in mind if privacy is a concern.Beth was friendly and helpful, we didn’t get to meet her partner.So overall if you’re looking for a great base close to Whanganui and surrounds, can recommend Magnolia Cottage.」
