"Room was ok for our 2 nights, but would be small for longer stay of 4 persons. The biggest problem was access, we could not park near and even if we would have that opportunity, it would still mean to take all our baggage via 2 elevators plus stairs as it is built in steep hill. Receptionist was very friendly and went down to wait for us, otherwise we would not find it."

"Close to town centre, station, canal du midi. Solidly built building and large room. Bed comfy. Initial difficulty in that i recieved no coms from landlord. No answer to phonecalls. Reply to my message was that they had no booking for me and that i was mistaken. Later they sent entry codes after i told them i had receipt and would meet at set time in local bar. Once in I was pleasantly suprised by room and bathroom. "

"Honestly, one of the worst places I have stayed in a while. Check-in was good and staff were helpful. However, from there it deteriorated quickly. The room was dated and very basic. No grill, no toaster, coffee machine was there but there was moldy coffee left in it. Walls had been repaired in a really poor way in places and the equipment was old and not clean. "The room was spacious and clean. We did not know about the height restriction for parking, but we found a space nearby. We loved the location - just a few minutes walk to the Cite. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We didn't use the kitchen facilities but there looked to be everything you'd need. We liked that there was a TV in the lounge and also in the bedroom. This was a stopover for one night but we could have stayed much longer. The price was great value for a property with self catering facilities so close to the Cite."
