「Staff, room and property were great. Food needs a lot of work. Breakfast came out cold and was nowhere near resort quality. Coffee shop was excellent however! Overall happy with the stay.」

「Total disappointment!!! Hotel was extremely outdated! Everything looked musty. When we arrived the first room they assigned to us smelled like pee!! And had flies everywhere!! Puerto peñasco in general is so overrated and overpriced !! We cut our trip a day short!! Do no recommend!!」

「Rock-hard beds (mattress sitting on a built-in wood slab!) made for backaches in the morning. They were so uncomfortable that we actually left a day early! There were lipstick stains on a pillow case and another, unidentifiable stain on a sheet. The breakfast was horrible- tried one day and didn’t return. Staff were nice but with very limited English. Pool area was nice and beach access was just a short walk across the street. Very disappointing stay.」

「The hotel was nice, clean and relaxing. The rooms are spacious. Its a bit away from the party scene and has a security guard at the front of the hotel. The only negative is the WiFi internet (no reception). Otherwise it was a nice place for a weekend trip.」

「En cuanto al personal de limpieza fue nefasto no limpiaron el cuarto, no colocaron toallas limpias, el papel higiénico se acabó, cuando fuimos al loby a pedir más estaba cerrado. La única persona amable fue una chica que nos ayudó con toallas y nos cambió el control de la televisión, eso fue el miercoles 1 de Julio. En todos mis viajes han sido placenteros en cuanto a servicio de hotel, pero esta vez muy mala experiencia, fue el regalo para mi hermana que cumplía años y le quedamos mal.」

Our condo was pristine, beautiful, modern, The ocean views, excellent pools, and top-tier We are so grateful to Expedia for taking care of us and to Esmeralda for providing such a spectacular, high-quality experience. 「The room was very clean. Shower was semi -clean. We didn't have hot water. The wi-fi didn't work and the TV didn't display any channels even though it was connected to the wi-fi. We definitely didn't get what we paid for. Im going to ask for a refund or partial refund because of the issues we experienced. The property was nice. Very nice pool. In house Bar was okay.」

「I love design, interiors, being close to the action, small business, and art. This place checked ALLLL the boxes! I can’t wait to come back when the rooftop pool is done. They have put thought and brilliance into every tile, furniture piece and plant. There was plenty of street parking, and once we found a spot we liked we just stayed parked there. You are in walking distance of restaurants, bars, shops, farmacias. Seriously this place is 11/10!!!」

「The stay here was AMAZING! Location was very close to the "happenings"of El Malecon and very convenient to shopping. Room was great, A/C was COLD, space and shelving was very useful for our family 4 with older kids! The breakfast was WONDERFUL and staff were very pleasant. Will definitely book another stay here!」

「The condo was nice and clean. Really cold AC. A real short walk to a beach and a 15 minute drive to the other popular beach. Area was nice and quiet. My family really enjoyed the stay」
