「インドの中でもフランス情緒を味わえると聞いていましたが、全然そんなことはなく、普通にインドの町という感じでしたが、このホテルは地中海の小さなホテルにありそうなかわいらしい佇まいで、設備も全体的に雰囲気がよく、満足でした。古い印象はありますが、汚いということはなく、清掃はそれなりにしっかりされている印象です。」

「You could do a lot worse ! This hotel was perfectly adequate for our purpose. It lies just outside White Town. Crossing the road by foot from the white town side to the hotel side of the road like any Indian city is not for the faint of heart. Breakfast was standard fare for South India. 「One of few large hotel in Pondicherry. It is not colonial style but they decorated with full of frenchy paintings. Hotel is quite old but Front desk staff was caring and prompt. They have nice Swimming pool. To go beach Rd. it will cost approx. 70 Rps by auto, for 5 mins ride. ( Its not walking distance) compare to hotel near beach, price is more reasonable. So if you are not looking into Colony-style boutique hotel, but cozy place with facility + convenient location, then highly recommended !」
