「This is an incredible charming place that brings you back in the centuries of the region. The property is super well maintained and the room has everything we could have needed and wished (coffee, tv, kitchen corner, and also dog friendly amenities such as big bed and bowls). Also the host made us feel super welcome and did an amazing job on providing info about the region and place to visit. 「My stay was amazing. The other 5 star reviews are correct, this place is special! The family who runs it are wonderful and inviting. American tourists this was such a treat and way to get out of the city and actually experience Italy. The bedroom was a basic room but comfortable, we didn’t spend lots of time there but it has a bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower (the basics) The property is relaxing and expansive. We went for walks after dinner down the road and listened to the birds....

「Contrary to what some pictures might show, the rooms are not in the castle but in an annexe which was a big disappointment to us as we chose between this hotel and another one where the rooms indeed are located in the main building. You are not even allowed to access the castle as a guest. Furthermore, our room had an extremely strange layout that offered little to no privacy.
