「Ich miete seit mehr als 25 Jahren im Umkreis von zwei Kilometern. Das war die mit Abstand schlechteste Erfahrung. Die Verwalterin konnte das Haus nicht rechtzeitig zu Verfügung stellen, da es offenbar ein Kommunikationsproblem mit Fewo gab . Dadurch schaffte sie es nicht mehr alles zu putzen. Schimmel im Freezer etc. Das ganze Haus war eine einzige Baustelle: Möbel kaputt, die Küche mit Tesafilm zusammen gehalten, die Fliesen im Obergeschoss lose, defekte Geräte, Badezimmerfenster zerbrochen...
