"This is a beautiful traditional style French house of the region. It is a bit rustic in places, but absolutely packed with charm and character. The location is amazing - what you see in the photos is exactly how it is. The river is a 60-second walk away with easy access in and out of the water. The village is pretty, quiet and within 10 minutes drive of a E.Leclere supermarket and the main road. The house is spacious, has bags of character, has a fabulous outdoor space with chairs, sun-loungers...

"We have had a disappointing experience with this vacation rental. All four of us have suffered from bed bugs. We initially thought we were dealing with mosquitoes. But the bites got so big and painful that it wasn't until later that we realized we were dealing with bed bugs. We complained about this to the landlord afterwards and it seemed only reasonable to us that they would refund half as our holiday enjoyment was seriously ruined. We have not received any response from the landlords."

"After reading the reviews we decided to take a punt and book the holiday. I’m so glad we did! All the reviews (good and bad) are spot on. The property is ‘rustic’. There are no frills but the layout of the house was perfect for 2 families and it is spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything you need. We all forgot towels and Lucie was at the door before I had even signed off. "

"Lovely small hotel. Friendly and welcoming, clean and comfortable. Great choice of continental breakfast at 10€. There is no lift but we don't mind stairs and didn't have heavy bags. We both slept well in comfort. Air conditioning worked well. Good quiet location in a picturesque little town. Highly recommended. "

Comfortable pre-flight stay

"Very good hotel in excellent location for easy walking access to Bergerac, including the old town. Didn’t try breakfast as had an early flight. Room was very comfortable, with aircon and fridge a godsend in 33C. Unfortunately didn’t get chance to use pool as only in Bergerac for 1 day. Note: no reception after about 9pm, but door code provided. "
