「Our stay at Arennas was great but it was made so memorable by the staff. Everyone was so personable, welcoming and the service was great. A special shoutout to Willy, Diego, Gary and Alejandro for talking such great care of us! The room was very large and the pool and beach area was perfect for lounging. The 24/7 security made us feel at ease and they even helped us when we were being overcharged by a vendor on the beach.」

「The rooms are nasty, no towels, no shampoo or soap, no air conditioner, all the pictures they show online are fake. I won't recommend it to anyone. Please stay away from this place. 」
