"Wir waren im Sommer hier und haben eine sehr schöne Zeit gehabt; die Sonnenaufgänge sind wirklich grandios, dafür kann man schon mal früh aufstehen. Das Haus liegt (noch) schön allein, es ist für bulgarische Verhältnisse top. Etwas mehr Kochgeschirr wäre wünschenswert. Leider kann man im See nicht baden, aber die Umgebung ist sehr sehens- und erlebenswert, vor allem natürlich die Rhodopenbahn und die kleinen Gemüsestände an den Straßen. "Overall it was great. The only thing is that they gave us room witch was not clean at the beginning, and I paid twice for the room. Once through the website when I made the booking and once upon the check out. Otherwise the complex is beautiful, rooms are nice and breakfast was delicious."

"I stayed there from 03-01-2011 till 09-01-2011 and it was realy good!! Everything is as it is wroten in the details and as it looks in the photos. Very worm and very luxurious!! And the people there are very helpfoul and pleasant!! The only wrong the apartment had was that there weren't ANYONE to come and give us new sheets and towels!!We stayed there 6days and a change in these things WAS NEEDED!!! And from the office in Bansko that will give you the keys you are told from the begging that...

"I stay in a one bed apartment and was thankful for the air-conditioning as it was hot outside. Plenty of room for one person and there was a view of the mountain from the windows. I had to buy some microwave cookware as there was no specific items of that kind in the apartment but that was the only thing that let the place down. "

"It is listed as being located in downtown Plovdiv, but unfortunately, it is actually about a 25-minute walk from the city center. In front of the hotel, there are several buildings that are falling apart, which makes the view from the windows quite unpleasant. "Located near the Kleptuza lake in Velingrad, Bulgaria, this place is perfect to visit with your adult parents - the aqua jets are designed to massage the entire body, and specifically feet, shoulders, and back, parts that need the special mineral water treatment, so the peripheral nerve system is reenergized. The local food is fresh and delicious, and the staff is very friendly."
