「House was well kept, in a nice area, and appeared to be recently updated. The only issue was the electronic keybad/deadbolt wouldn't lock with the button on our first evening. Messaged Alisha then the app took me to Vrbo support. The Vrbo support was a nightmare trying to deal with, but Alisha called me back and had someone out there to replace the batteries and get the lock working that same evening.」
