「The whole team at 7on Marine was brilliant right from the start - so helpful and friendly. We had a lovely room with a balcony overlooking the sea and we were able to see whales from there on our second day. Just across the road was the path along the cliff which made for a great scenic walk. Loved it and will stay longer next time. 」

「The grounds are beautiful, and each room is unique and meticulously prepared with heated flooring in the washroom, personalized notes each evening, snacks, drinks and cleaning twice daily. The hotel only accommodates ~20 people which enhances the exclusivity of the experience since it is not open for public consumption. You can’t beat the ocean view - which is not done justice by the photos online. The staff wait for you to go to your meal to turndown your rooms. Menu cards at dinner at...

「Our stay was amazing! We were in and out, staying just one night, but loved our stay at The Whale on Main. Thomas was an amazing host, he walked us through where to go in town and what to see. And as we were leaving, he helped us plan the path we should take to our next destination. He even printed out a map for us that included all the stops! I would absolutely recommend staying here for a wonderful visit to Hermanus.」
