Our issue is that we stayed to relax and rest from our super busy work scheds and heavy workload but the staff are so noisy outside. We can hear loud chats of them. "When we arrived, the front desk couldn’t find our reservations and after asking her manager, we had to provide them with a copy. We were finally given a room.
