"An absolute gem! Located in the beautiful heart of Bryggen the hotel is quiet, clean and comfortable and packed full of character. Perfectly placed to explore Bergen, all the must do tourist spots are walking distance along with the train station to explore the rest of Norway. The buffet style breakfast is an excellent start to the day with plenty of choice and a wealth of excellent restaurants surround the hotel so you won’t struggle to find somewhere for dinner. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay...

"Arrived in oslo with paid reservation at thon panorama (even had a confirmation the day before) only to get there and find a sign in front saying closed for refurbishing and that booked guests should call this number. I had to turn on roaming and international calling and spend 30 min on hold to be told my hotel was moved across town to a different hotel. It wasn’t walkable so I went into a different hotel and they graciously called me a taxi ($40). I missed my pre booked sauna for 3 reservation...
