「A lovely hotel with very friendly and welcoming staff. Customer service was excellent. Nice room pool and a choice of 3 restaurants, all of which we enjoyed. Would highly recommend.」

「We arrived at Burning Shore for our prebooked - prepaid accomodation over Xmas holidays - only to find it closed and without any notice on the door. When we phoned we were told the hotel was closed for renovations- and that they had not received our booking or payment ( clearly confirmed in hotels.com) - and no rooms were available in an adjacent/ presumably affiliated hotel ( 2 days before Xmas) . Hotels.com sorted this out with Burning Shore and arranged the refund promptly . It was...
