"We stayed for 7 nights at "The Beach&Town Suite" and had a wonderful time there! The accomodation is very comfortable and spacious for two people. Its located near the beach and the city, so everything you want or need is reachable by foot. Hotel Nine Zandvoort - Room 1: 2 Adults, 2 Children only

7.0 out of 10, Good, (2 reviews)
"Communication was extremely poor. It took two phone calls (with very friendly staff) and two WhatsApp reminders before we finally received 13 (!) emails. Only one of them contained the correct payment link. The whole process felt rather surreal. Check-in was available from 16:00. We arrived at 16:50, only to find our room was still being cleaned. The gentleman seemed annoyed that we were "already" there, and we couldn't get into the room until 17:10. After a day out with two kids, it wasn't the...

9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, (4 reviews)
"Novi did a great job on this old house, however, on our fourth stay, we did have a few issues: - no more water bottles provided - although I’m not a fan of air-conditioning, it was needed this time due to the temperatures, but it would shut off by itself after more or less 30 minutes. This is ridiculous. - people upstairs walking around, made a lot of noise, so I must assume the isolation is poor"
