「It is very good to access to the centeral shopping area and trum station to go to the centeral station. The atmosphere is also great. And they did early check in for me without any charge, it was really heuful.」

「Amazing stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful at all times. Free coffee/tea was great. The apartment was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the option to rent bikes for the day was perfect. Laundry and gym were clean and useful 」

「部屋は特別広くはないが清潔で必要な物は揃っている。2部屋の予約でリクエストしたらコネクティングルームにしてくれた。前日に朝食を予約すると5ユーロ引きの11ユーロでヨーロピアンスタイルの十分な朝食が取れた。駐車場も敷地内のインドアにあり、予約もしてくれた。」

「Our first time to stay at Novotel and the location is ideal, just 10 min walk to Central Station. Its in the Passage, so super convenient to all shopping areas of the Hague. Great breakfast! When we first arrived I thought the room was a but small bc we had paid extra for a larger room, but as the week went on we got used to it. The parking garage is a bit tricky, but we always found a space for our car. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, a great stay in The Hague. 」

「We enjoyed staying here. Seems the modernization is nearing its end so there is still some work being done but it did not diturb us at all. The position was superb. In a short walk you are at the beach and near the pier and Kurhaus.」

「深夜から早朝にかけて、近くのナイトクラブの騒音がひどく、眠れなかった。 冷蔵庫は部屋にほしい。」

「受付で質問した所、早口の英語で適当に扱われたのでサービスは低い得点にしました。 その他、場所、部屋の広さ、シャワーなど問題ありませんでした。 特に場所が便利です。トラムの駅も近いです。 総合的には良いホテルだと思います。」

「Op zich goed, mooi hotel, heel mooi gelegen aan het strand. Erg nette en heel schone kamer met waterkoker en minibar. Mooi uitzicht op haven. Wel heel erg warm, airco kreeg het niet koel terwijl het buiten wel fris was. Lawaaioverlast van bouw ernaast. Ontbijt veel te duur. Parkeergarage op loopafstand.」

「犬を連れての滞在でしたが、とても快適に過ごせました。宿泊前に事前に犬がいることを連絡しておくべきでした。一部屋につき、犬1頭の制限がありました。ホテル側の配慮で、2頭宿泊させてくれました。ありがとうございました。」

「コンベンションセンターの隣に位置している。 ホテルはきれいで何も問題なし。 スタッフも親切。 今回は1泊のみのステイで回りをしっかり確認できていないが、トラムの駅までも10分弱。 」
