Vacation Rentals in Municipality of Heeze-Leende

"The room needed refreshed. Marks on the walls from suitcase. Toilet paper holder in the bathroom was loose and hanging sideways. Bathroom shower would flood the floor every time it's used. Bathroom trash can lid didn't function. Floors in the room needed to be mopped. Walking on the floor without socks on our feet would get filthy. Daytime reception staff was excellent and attentive. Evening reception staff was not attentive. No explanation of how to use the sauna and steam rooms was given. No explanation about bike rental was shared. The bedding was clean and comfortable. The couch was stained. "

"Nice hotel, awesome staff..great for a short stay. Good location. Just a weird setup in the bathroom with the bath way to high and narrow? Just makes for an awkward shower."

"The north-facing room was so cold that I didn't sleep the entire night, right before a long flight home. It was awful. I kept calling the front desk. You actually have to call the front desk to adjust your own thermostat! That is awful. She turned on a fan that kept blowing on my head, and I couldn't turn it off without calling her again! Then I kept asking her to turn up the heat, and she was saying "I'm turning it up to 23 degrees." But in the morning I found out that they aren't allowed to turn it up past 22 degrees. I don't know why she was lying to me all night. The room never heated up. By morning it was 21 degrees and I had been shivering all night. Also, in the other room we had, a suite with an extra bed, the bed squeaked all night. So the rest of the family did not sleep the entire night either."

"I really enjoyed my stay...again. The staff is incredible, from the cleaning crew, front desk to the restaurant folks. They are kind and friendly. This place strikes a sweet balance between convenience and great service. This year I discovered the gym which is the most amazing space I used in a hotel. They have a cable machine, a wide range of weights, three benches and a couple of barbells too so your squats, deadlifts and whatnot are guaranteed. "
