We only stayed one night at the Chateau, so we didn't have as much time as we would have liked to explore the grounds. The little that we were able to see was beautiful and such a needed break from the chaos of Paris. The hosts were helpful and very kind. The breakfast in the morning was delightful. We spent 3 days in the "cowshed" room at Le Bois Gautier. The accommodation was very spacious with a full kitchen and a large bedroom and bathroom upstairs. We received a warm welcome from the new owner Bill who had prepared a log fire for our arrival, this made the accommodation very cosy and was a great touch. Bill had also brought some snacks/breakfast for us. The place was gorgeous, and very quiet, being in the middle of the countryside. It is located about 30 min drive from the scenic town...

What an amazing, beautiful, quaint place! The lobby and restaurant in the front are set in medieval style, which was so cool! The room was spa ious and had a bath tub. No real air conditioning, but we stayed for only 1 night. In the morning we had our coffee and fresh croissants in the beautiful, quaint yard set up with tables and canopies. This is a truly charming hotel in old-French style in a small French town. Just adorable!

My husband and I stayed at Villa les Dunes and used it as a home base to explore Mont St Michel, Fougères, and Dinan. Laurence, her mother and sister were so nice and welcoming. Our room had a beautiful view of the bay, which was a short five minutes away where we could walk out at low tide to see Mont St Michel. The property is quiet and peaceful and our room afforded a nice breeze with the balcony doors and side window open. Our stay was in September so temperatures were not oppressively...
