"The hotel is set in the most beautiful grounds and our welcome was warm. The staff were attentive and it was lovely to have a linen table cloth and napkin at dinner. We were disappointed with the BBQ that we paid extra for on the second night. The meat was dry, probably reheated from the previous service; however, when we pointed this out to the waiter he was quick to replace it with freshly cooked meat, which was delicious. The hotel very kindly allowed a late check-out and arranged for a taxi to the airport. The bedroom was fine, with a jacuzzi bath, robes and flip flops for the spa (which we didn't use). The only disappointing thing was the absence of tea/coffee facilities in the room."

"Very unique experience. Cabins and "birdhouses" spread between the trees with access on elevated boardwalks. Clean, quiet (except chirping birds), View of 3 countries from our room. Helpful staff. And a restaurant as unique as our room, with fresh food and excellent service. My wife appreciated the Spa service. I highly recommend this facility."

"If you like Nature, this is the right place to go Wonderful place I think specially for families but basically for everybody very helpful staff beautiful big swimming pool all surrounded by nature, hummingbirds and butterflies. We would have liked to stay more time if we would have known we would better stay there from the beginning."
