「Lovely site on the lake. House was nice, clean, comfortable. Lake was warm, clean, and the area by this site was clear of the water plants. Nice fire pit. 」

「This place is rustic, but has potential. No communication from host as to how to get in. I tried emailing the host via VRBO, calling, and texting. After texting I got the code to get in and the wifi. You have to have your own water to drink and cook with. It is well water without a filter for getting useable water. The well water has a potent smell and taste of iron. There aren't any curtains in the back of the house and the roll up curtains in one of the bedrooms aren't great. The furniture is...

「Didn’t use amenities!! The only strange thing was there wasn’t a House Rules book stating how to navigate the house! There wasn’t any firewood for the wood burning fireplace which would have been nice for Christmas Eve, if we needed to get our own, it would’ve been good to know that?! There were not any exit rules as to bedding, garbage, etc!!!!!!! Otherwise no complaints!」

「Beautiful, cozy place to stay. The stairs down are no joke in the winter but the owners made sure they were clear of snow and lit very well. Great view of the lake and cozy fireplace to sit by while the sun goes down. Would love to stay in the summer!」

「My book club (all 50) rented Grandpa's Pool House and had a ball. We did all things 70s and the house was a great fit for our tator tot hotdish meals, shrinky dink crafts and Sloe Gin Fizz drinks. We had a couple hiccups with our stay, and the host and property manager responded immediately and made everything right. 」

「Everything was amazing! Hot tub and sauna were the highlights. Post communicated excellently and kept the Christmas decorations up for us. Pool table air hockey darts just so many things to do it was so wonderful for me and my adult children to enjoy everything! The free coffee bar was a special treat for us all!
