"The staff were friendly the rooms were clean and well stocked but the mattress was very hard and not comfortable its my only complaint "

"Breakfast was great! Coffee didn't taste fresh, but we got there at 9ish, so maybe just old. But sometimes it can be dirty pots. Other than that, it was a fine place to stay for the night. I did wake up a little congested, after having left the fan on all night. Upon inspecting it, the filter was very dusty. It can happen, but those filters need to be cleaned! Pillows were cheap/thin, but I've seen worse. Staff was nice, and facility was overall good. Thanks! "

"Loved our stay at Americinn. All the staff was great, rooms spacious and clean. Shower was good, and bed a little to firm for me, but not a big deal. Great location, close to everything. Pool was great, had family over to swim as that was the reason we were there, visiting. Parking was good too. Would definitely recommend to anyone. What a great place!"

"I’ve stayed here twice now and it was good. Rooms are comfortable. The coffee maker didn’t work which was disappointing with so few options in the area to get coffee in the morning. Other than that the stay was great with great food option onsite for dinner at the Waterfront grill."

"They were very accommodating give the fact that they don't have an elevator. We we traveling with my 90yr old mother and they were are to move her to the 1st floor and sorted out a recliner for her. Staff was excellent and the property is good condition."
