「Yes, this is an older property, but it is clean & comfortable. The owners and staff couldn't be nicer! You will feel very welcome here.」

「Nice, plain, clean. Disappointed however, in their policy. Problem at home made us cut the last day of our stay. 24 hours before, we notified staff and their policy would not give is the cancelation. Beware of what you initial because they don't follow the normal policies.」

「This isn’t our first time staying here. Great space and location. Comfy house to hang out with your family inside and outside. I appreciate a pet friendly location like this where I can walk out the door with my dog and we can enjoy the trails nearby and a couple of different parks. Thanks for the comfy stay yet again!」

「This Budget Inn is no longer a hotel. I made reservations in May for a 2 night stay for July 26 and 27. When I arrived I was met by a family living in it who told me it was being remodeled as studio apartments and no longer a hotel. I had to seek out another hotel.」
