「The tv in my room was an old one that didn’t work . I wanted to watch the world soccer cup but couldn’t cause of that . Everything looks old and this place is just the name but needs revamping ! The staff were ok but couldn’t do anything about the TV」

「This a is a stunning, beautiful property in a great location! The check in went well. The staff were friendly and helpful with the check in. We ordered food to eat in our lodge. The restaurant is not accessible for people with mobility difficulties. The staff offered to have my elderly guest wheeled in to the back of the restaurant for morning breakfast. The property switched staff that afternoon and things went downhill. We were having difficulty opening and locking the front door to our lodge....

「Our stay at Eden Lodge was horrible and the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. There was no power on in hotel as the generator is only turned on at 6.00pm and the staff were using a torch to try and find our booking. We booked and paid 6 weeks before our stay but the reception had no record of our booking and payment when we tried to book in. Our booking details and payment were only confirmed the next morning. 「The property is beautifully situated with a lovely view and is potentially very tranquil and peaceful. Unfortunately guests from the neighbouring room disturbed us by appearing frequently on our balcony right outside of our windows. Perhaps it would be prudent to request visitors not to disturb other guests but to stay within the areas which they have paid for and/or public areas on the property. Apart from this issue we had a very pleasant stay and would visit again.」

You need a car with high clearance it was 5 km from the tarred road. We had rented a car and sustained damage to it as such the place was inaccessible to us. The hosts were unable to take any responsibility for their false advertising and refused to provide even a partial refund.
