"They stay was great like last time, maybe the room service between day 1 and 2 could be better. Rest of the stay the conditions were good. Dinner was kind of expensive for a limited buffet. Parking was a disaster. They lack control of which car is parked where. We had cars parked on handicapped spots, on charging without charging, took 2 spots with 1 car and other places that they shouldn't. 9 out of 10 car that didn't follow the customs were Danish or Swedish. We travel on a budget and did not expect an extra charge on top of the rate for the night. They charge 140kr per person for bed linens and towels. You will get an email about this AFTER you make a reservation. There is also a charge for cleaning, which is quite high, but we found this easy to avoid if you agree to tidy up...

"Convenient location in between Malung and Mora. On the website I saw that bed linens and towels could be ordered ahead of time since we did not travel with our own. Cabin was clean. WiFi only worked in kitchen. TV was for DVDs only, no local channels. I didn't realize I'd have to supply my own toilet paper. When I would contact the staff, they would keep reminding us that it was not a hotel and that we would have to supply some items. I guess next time, we'll stay in a hotel."
