「Nice property. Our instructions were clear as we had a late arrival due to train delays. Room was clean and cool. The accommodation is close to the shops and a walking track that lead you to the Botanic Gardens. Great rooms, and rhe staff were lovely and helpful as we left our bags with reception after our checkout. Great place to stay and very welcoming city. 」

「施設が古く、一部リノベートされてはいるが、メンテナンスが不十分。 洗濯機が部屋から撤去されている。 エアコンが作動しない（季節的に問題は無かったけど） 部屋のファンが回らない（同上） 部屋の入口のドアのロックが片側しかロックできない。 以上が悪い点、部屋の掃除は良くされていた。 宿泊代金に対して見合わない施設。」

「This property is old and very dated. There was no communication leading up to our reservation.i had to call multiple times to find out which unit to stay in and then to figure out where the unit was. The unit itself is not welcoming. It is dreary and old. There is no place to relax. No toiletries are provided. The walking times on the listing are not accurate. It is a 15 minute drive to Cape Hillsborough Beach. The only positive was it did have hot water and the bed was clean. I would not stay...
