" This status is a 5 because the staff was superb. They answered my questions timely ahead of my visit and made sure I had a good time. I’m fully aware of the location, and this is not the Ritz. It met my expectations for the night. It’s glamping. I had an issue with WiFi and the Internet. I’m sure had I said something, it would have been resolved, but I was too tired from my walk around Petra and the Treasury. It’s was a good stay. Thank You. I would visit again. "

Maher who works here is very kind and goes above and beyond with his service. he helped us book the jett bus and even picked us up on arrival. it is run by locals and definitely worth staying at. thank you!"

"Clean room, breakfast every day was good, just a 5 minute walk to the Petra entrance. The hotel also arranged my shuttle to Wadi Rum for my departure."
