「House was great and centrally located to what we were doing. We would definitely stay again. But the listing needs to be updated. They have changed some furniture which changed the number of people it sleeps. It was supposed to sleep 8. There is no longer a bed option in the living room so it sleeps 6. We were originally supposed to have 7 in our group but 2 couldn't make it so it was fine but if they came we wouldn't have been able to sleep everyone.」

「Our family of 6 enjoyed our 5-night stay at Nevins Lake. The kitchen, family room, laundry facilities, and bathroom were excellent. Our kids enjoyed the lofted bedroom. The main floor bedrooms are simple but worked well for us. The grounds are spacious, and the view from the back yard is beautiful. We enjoyed the firepit and back patio table, both with lake views.
