「The perfect little getaway! My father passed suddenly and we had to drive in from 9 hours away. Our first VRBO was NOT as expected and an awful experience; in a terrible part of town. We were exhausted, had a car full of groceries and I searched for last minute openings. The owner here responded quickly and had the place ready for us. We needed this! completely tucked away, quiet, the huge pond, hot tub, cozy house — it was PERFECT. Will be my work/writing retreat spot moving forward. Could not...

「Hot tub is wonderful, although we didn’t use it due to being so busy fishing. The property is pet friendly. There is plenty of stuff to do around the home. The lake is not far. There is a good pizza place and some stores within 5 minutes of the place. There is plenty of supplies there at the home also. They keep it very equipped with dishes, cooking materials, and towels. I would come back.」

The location was perfect and we appreciated all the thoughtful touches around the house. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it.」

「It was a cute cottage. The neighborhood is run down though. It’s surrounded by trailers that are all rusty. The door knob to the bathroom broke while we were there and we got locked in a couple times which was scary. The hot tub needed maintenance and the fire pit didn’t work. The house could use some updates and a new couch but it did its job. It was fun. I had a good time in Ohio. I’m a New Yorker it was a nice weekend trip. 」

「We stayed almost a week due to HS Graduation. The property was clean, no problem. We had to constantly wash silverware not enough to use. No mirrors to see how you looked. Laundry room you had to plug the light in so you walked into a dark room. I question the way the electrical wiring was done. We couldnt get AC to work in LR so the room was warm as a few days were very warm outside. No ceiling fans. Light switches confusing Tv we could only get Netflix. Bedrm tv was fine. Little to no closet...

「Small and convenient little efficiency. Modern appliances and bath. No elevator to the second floor but not a problem for me. What was a problem and the reason foe the star reduction was the hot water ran out on all three showers I took. That’s kind of a deal breaker for me. If you take short showers, you will be fine. But two people or one person taking a long shower and you will be in lukewarm water at best. 」
