"The property itself is beautiful. The restaurant offers tasty vegetarian options. The common areas are well maintained. In my opinion, the only downside was the poor communication from the staff and the lack of managerial oversight. There was a power outage during my stay, which is not uncommon for the area at this time of year. However, the lack of any meaningful communication from the staff turned a mundane situation into an unnecessarily uncomfortable one. "

"There was no stay. The place was closed, and there was no warning. Because the cabins are isolated, my wife and I had to walk in the dark to the next village hauling our luggage through the sand, and find another place to stay. It took a lot of effort to get a human being at Hotels.com All support interfaces are with clueless AI. "
