"Biggest complaint is towards Hotels.com way of dealing with reservations - they do not provide direct number to call. It is an old apartment building that remind of communal apartments back in 60ies in Soviet time and there are NO mention of River apartments on outside of building or anywhere inside if you get past door lock with a code. Only way to reach owners and get instruction on how to get into building and get keys is by calling a Hotels.com number - in USA. I after getting really upset...

"I had searched for a property that would accommodate 10 adults and 4 kids in a quiet family friendly neighborhood close to Palanga. This property was amazing and property manager Mindaugas was just wonderful. This property fit all of us very comfortably and we still had more area that we didn't even use. We used taxi service to get to Palanga which was only 10 euros ( we did not want to try and worry about finding parking). I highly recommend this property and will be staying here in the future...

"So the place is a bit basic for example no oven! not even a Microwave just a stove top.
Checking in was super efficient, WIFI is fab, coffee was excellent. Some of the furniture was in need of love but i assume it gets that before the summer season. All in all a solid 6.5/10 and considering the price I think that's a reasonable return for the buyer. "
