This property is like a mother-in-law suite with a separate entrance on the far end of a larger house on a small lake. 「Very well maintained home. Plenty of room to have some family time as well as have space if needed. They were very accommodating, we arrived early and were able to get in earlier than expected. Communication with them was very easy and quick. Overall, very enjoyable experience. 」

The owner does have control over the thermostat, but if you request a change in the temperature, it is immediately changed to your liking, which is very good. One of the times we reached out was almost 11 o’clock at night without any issues whatsoever. Definitely recommend. Close to USC and much better than staying in a hotel.」
