「For a start this is a great place new, creative, great staff, awesome rooms and we will definitely be back however our visit this time came with a significant BUT. The evening restaurant dinner would come close to one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. Understand the excuse given was road closures from floods and therefore a limited menu but that was not what made it awful. 「The property where I was on holiday, the position is excellent, it is not very clean, like, for example, the bbq is left completely dirty, the elevator in the building is very noisy, you can hear it all night long, water can also be heard when someone flushes the toilet, which means that the building was not built well」
