Excellent service all the staff was so nice. My room was very nice and the view of the mountains from my terrace was beautiful. The food was also very good.

The hotel was AMAZING and the service was great, the only thing that wasn’t comfortable is the pillows I hope they change them other the that everything was great and peaceful in this hotel highly recommended!!!

Excellent hotel, Nicely appointed rooms, great restaurant. The only opportunity to improve is the flow and water temperature. We had a tub with jets but could not use it because the water temperature was not hot enough and the tub could not even be filled due to low water force. The water was barely warm and uncomfortable for shower.

Clean room, staff very friendly. Not many other people staying so they were right onto anything I asked. Enjoyed a great lunch in restaurant as well

Beautiful property with wonderful staff and best food we had on the island. Loved the excursions and hikes on offer. Special mention to the organic farm they have, we enjoyed a tour and all our meals sourced ingredients from right on site. Location was close enough to Kandy for sightseeing but much nicer to be away from the city and surrounding by nature and the mountain view. Especially from the spa pool!! Highly recommend

The place is so peaceful and nice and the staff were so accommodating. The place is a little far up which a car or maybe a TukTuk can drive but staff of the resort is superb. We left an item over to the resort and they handled everything and sent a parcel to our next destination. Kudos to the team! And the dogs they have

I arrived at the hotel at night. It was dark and snakey drive up to the hotel. Can't see much at night. However, when daylight comes, the place looks amazing. It is right in the middle of the tea plantations and I had the pleasure to see the lovely ladies plucking the teas. I hanged out at the lobby (which is outdoor) most of the time as it was raining during the whole afternoon. I did not went out during my stay except to the tea factory tour. The staff was very hospitable! We were well taken care of and enjoyed the pool, sunset, and mountain view!

Everything was immaculate and perfect except for one thing, the hot water in the shower would run out relatively quick. Aside from this, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing property. Beautiful location. Well maintained and situated perfectly to take advantage of the natural surroundings. Rooms clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked including umbrellas mounted outside the door.

This property was better than expected, wish I could spend only night!
