Out of all the reasons they said people booking via Expedia normally don't arrive and end up cancelling hence they gave away a room but their check in is at 14:00, I arrived an hour before the room has been given to someone else who came before me. "Unfortunately we were held up along the way and arrived in the dark. And by dark, I really mean dárk, as it was loadshedding on top of it. We just went straight to bed.
