「Gross. Lamps all had different bulbs and flickered. Shower bar broken. Stained toilet seat. Iron mark on chair. Felt dirty」

「Eeww!! Dirty from the minute we walked in the door. Stood around at front desk a bit then noticed a sign. Call this number. ( It was 3:00 in the afternoon) Took a few minutes for staff to come to desk. We gave our name and signed in then were told pool was closed for repairs. My wife asked if they had the exercise room (shown in photos) and were told it was closed for repairs. Then we were told the property had been shut down for a while and they were trying to get it back open. Dirt and trash...

「The hotel was not open and left us without a room for the night. Then kept prompting us to review the hotel. Was supposed to get a night credit for the stay through another hotel, but it didn't happen 」

「Not what we were expecting. The house had a very musty smell and the bathroom had an even worse mildew smell. We had to keep the bathroom door shut at all times because of the smell. The shade for the window in the shower was covered in mildew spots. The overhead lighting did not work in the living room. There was only one floor lamp that provided light in the living room. The only outlet in the bathroom did not work. The whole house just felt very unsanitary. We paid for two nights and left...

「I would never come here again it was a tough 10 days.」

「Better management of the property is needed. Check out instructions said to put dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on. No dishwashing detergent. No laundry detergent. There were only two towels that were folded, and one looked like it had been used. We had to buy towels to use. There was a faint smell of skunk. Previously reported No bedding for sofa bed. Luckily we bought our own. House was clean and convenient for walking to square and alumni events 」

「Wonderfully convienient, and very pet friendly. We especially appreciated the ease of use. Great location for our visit with our family.」
