「Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich super! Besonders die liebevolle Oster-Überraschung mit einem Körbchen vor der Tür hat uns sehr gefreut. Das Personal war ausgesprochen zuvorkommend und freundlich. Da es uns so gut gefallen hat, haben wir sogar spontan verlängert. Der Wellnessbereich und auch das Essen war ein echtes Highlight – ein hervorragendes Fünf-Gänge-Menü am Abend und ein sehr vielfältiges Frühstück. Wir kommen gerne wieder!」

「Not quite a 4-star experience. A beautiful property and nice rooms, but let down by poor housekeeping and disappointing evening meals in particular for children. Lacking the Austrian charm that we would expect and enjoy on a skiing holiday. 」

「Perfectly located hotel with the added convenience of the ski in and out access. Great that ski storage was included in the price too. Every area was kept immaculately clean with rooms cleaned daily to a high standard. Breakfast buffet selection was excellent and the food delicious. We stayed half board and thought the starter and dessert offering from the buffet along with the pre ordered main course (choice of 3) was perfect. Service was excellent all staff were found to be friendly and...

「the room was clean, the staff was friendly and everything was in the room that I needed. I did pick this hotel as it advertised a gym, however there was no free weights in the gym and only 3 pieces of equipment (maybe 4) so I had to go to a gym in soelden still. I may have stayed in another hotel if I had realised how sparse the gym was. A single bench and some free weights up to 50 lbs would have been adequate to avoid this and would have allowed me to give it more stars.」

「Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine erholsame Zeit. Hier bleiben keine Wünsche offen und alle sind sehr bemüht den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Einziges kleines minus, dass die Auswahl beim Mittagsbuffet recht einseitig und nicht so abwechslungsreich war. Dafür war das Frühstück, aber insbesondere das Abendessen wunderbar! Auch der Spa Bereich ist ein absoluter Traum und lädt zum verweilen ein. 」
