The gym and pool facilities were great, and the hotel also offered spa services, which was a nice touch. The cleaning staff was friendly. However, the breakfast was disappointing, and the check-in process was incredibly slow. Additionally, the bathing essentials provided, such as shampoo and conditioner, were of poor quality. Nobody available in this hotel as they closed for 15days due to renovation without any notice for reserved customers.
