Great hotel.

Excellent location at the entrance of the walking street in fron of a lagoon. Thoughtfully decorated. The brakfast included some delicious french bread.

The building is absolutely beautiful, the staff are super friendly, helpful and they speak English. The food is great and the views are breathtaking.

The view from the room looking at the mountains facing west (beautiful sunset view) was astonishing. The staff was kind, polite and very friendly. Ms. Linzi, Mr. Zhu and other staff members went out of the way to delight the customers. If you are planning a trip to Yangsou, plan 2-3 days and be with nature to decompress and relax. Don’t miss the dining at Magpie Restaurant (Yulong River Branch) 10 minutes walk from the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed the food here recommended by the hotel staff.

Clean, quiet, close to everything. A great place to stay!

This hotel is absolutely wonderful. The rooms are spatious and beautiful. Lots of marble, fittings and taps from german manufacturers. The hotel lobby looks actually more impressive than on the picture shown here. The breakfast - both very good western and chinese food - was a treat. It was a great surprise to find such a nice hotel in not so well-known chinese city. Highly recommended!

Centrally located. Four floors total. We got a nice view of the water facing the lake. Staff was extremely helpful and they go out of their way to help. Tip: get WeChat App and add the hotel contact and communicate with the language of your choice (ours: English). Breakfast was good but they don’t know how to make omelets which was disappointing! All in all great experience. Hotel manager: ask your chef to learn to make omelets.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the area was gorgeous! Would absolutely stay here again. The only thing- not the hotel's fault- is that expedia maps it in completely the wrong place. Do NOT trust the expedia map or google maps.

We went there for part of our one week trip to Guilin and Yangshuo area. There are lots of small hotels scattered around Yangshuo and that makes it difficult to choose. Finally, we choose Li River Resort because it is not in the city centre (the West Street) which is too busy for a relaxed trip whilst not very far away from places of action. IMPORTANT: the Expedia app places this hotel incorrectly in the very touristy and crowded West Street area whereas in fact it is located about a 10 minute drive outside of Yangshuo. It’s a beautiful location on a hillside behind roadside buildings in Jima Village. It is a very quiet area within a cheap and easy DiDi ride from West Street. On phone apps (like DiDi) it’s referred to as Yangshuo Milan Shanshe Ancient Architecture Cultural Hotel or Yangshuomo Lanshan Shegujian Culture Minsu...

The views from this hotel are spectacular. The owner was very gracious and helped with our luggage. Everything seems to be modernized.

They speak English, French and Spanish, what is really helpful and helps to feel comfortable. More of that, the boss and all the staff pay very well attention to us and helped us a lot to discover Yangshuo !

This resort is few blocks away from the noisy tourist street and is an excellent place for peaceful stay with a beautiful mountain view. We are a group of 4 from Texas USA and we all enjoyed this resort especially a foggy early morning with fresh air. The sitting area in the first floor and the tea room at the 5th floor are all beautifully designed, making us really want to sit down comfortably and read a good book.
