「To be fair we can’t comment on the cleanliness or comfort as unfortunately we weren’t able to get in to the property; the key safe code was incorrect, the host wasn’t answering her phone and the care line operator just kept telling us we were on the wrong floor (we weren’t). Our flight was delayed so it was late when we arrived and by the time VRBO had agreed to refund our money and pay the difference to stay in a hotel, food service had finished. I was also offered a voucher for our ‘next time’...

「The property was excellent and in a good location on the outskirts of Jarnac next to the river and a picnic area. It was a 20 minute walk into Jarnac along the riverside path. The property was in an excellent position to access the Flow Vélo with our bikes. The layout was all open plan and the French doors opened onto a covered seating area. The facilities were very good although the fridge only had a very small freezer compartment. It could maybe do with an information leaflet for the property...
