"They said elevator not working and had to carry suitcases up and down to second floor (which is really 3rd) with no help available, but saw staff using elevator. Had to bring wet towels down when checking out or would be charged a fee. Food in restaurant buffet was horrible. Huge pieces of fat in soup, unidentifiable mystery food and not even butter for bread. Dinner and lunch were both inedible and Hungarian food is usually delicious. "L'hotel è un po datato e non offre i servizi di un 4 stelle. Personalmente ho dovuto richiedere la pulizia della stanza quotidianamente che mi hanno messo in conto 10 euro al giorno. Dietro mia contestazione mi hanno rimborsato. Non è stato piacevole. Ma riconosco la loro volontà nel voler rimediare."
