"Enjoyed our stay very, the service by the staff was great, almost anything request made was met.
Some improvements could be made relating to cleanliness around the property (e.g. pols) and within the daily cleaning service.
Absolutely loved the beach, extremely clean and relaxing environment. "

"Really great, first class hotel located on the tram line. Super comfy beds, wonderful breakfast buffet. Most of all, excellent customer service! The two lovely ladies at the front desk spoke English and answered all of our questions cheerfully.
They do need to fix the second elevator 😊"
