「We stayed for a long weekend. Less than 10 minutes walk to the lake, so much to do around the neighborhood, right across from a coffee shop. The apartment was clean, beautiful, has a small balcony, and all the cooking essentials in the kitchen if you want to cook. I’d stay here again!」

「Tried to contact host 4 times leading up to our stay. No response. We never received a response or access to the home. VRBO advised me they were cancelling our stay 1 hour after we were supposed to check in. Our last resort was a below average hotel. Don’t take your chances on this one」

「Paschal was very nice and professional and I didn’t have to wait a long time for a response. The house satisfied all of our basic needs and I liked that it had a very long driveway because we were there to visit our family and we had plenty of room for them to park in the driveway because there was no parking on the streets. 「Charlies Place is a super clean, lovely little home across the street from a private little beach. We kayak, so to be able to walk across the street to put in was a bonus. Bren is very communicative host and provides plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. There is a washer and dryer available as well. The neighborhood is quiet and neighbors are friendly as well! Will for sure book Charlies Place in the future.」

「This is the perfect spot for a family reunion. The hosts are amazing, great communication and if we had any questions or issues they answered immediately. The house is huge, with plenty of room for everyone, we loved the pool and hot tub. Also able to use the volleyball courts and fire pit. Plenty of outdoor comfortable sitting areas. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a place. 」
