We would watch iguanas eating tropical flowers on the treetops and parakeets flying back and forth. The interior was great too, with a great kitchen and comfortable furnishings.」

「Nora was wonderful! She picked us up from ferry, had a fridge stocked for us and was very helpful with all things St. John! Property is lovely and is close to downtown but very industrial setting. Please be aware and allow time for cleaning process when departing. It’s more involved than other properties that I have rented.」

「The address is 13C Contant road. It is one half of the upper floor of the building. New construction going up in the neighboring property. Expedia's map has the location on the wrong part of Contant road. The road is quite steep. Backing out and turning around takes practice. Otherwise, the facility is good & clean. We appreciated the cooler, the beach towels and chairs, etc..」

「Dolphin Suites is a wonderful location to explore St John from!!! The grocery store is nearby. The place itself is beautiful and the kitchen is perfect. We stayed for two weeks and it was great as a home with a laundry conveniently located in your room. 」

「Everything you need is in the unit. Easy walk downhill to the Cruz Bay area. Off street parking is nice to keep rental car safe. Forego the high end resort fees for amenities you would not use and put that money towards a rental car so you can explore all the great places or hire a boat to take you to those places you can’t access via car.」

「Mayling’s property is brand new, completely redone. We stayed on the ground unit. The tile is beautiful and has great bathrooms. The kitchen is nice..we did not cook but the space is comfortable. Smart TVs in all three rooms. This is a nice unit that feels new. Mayling also left us plenty of towels, paper towels, toilet paper, even beach chairs that we did not use, as we had our own. Warning, it is hard to find and the driveway is very steep, but she gave us excellent directions and any...
