「Poor Smell. Not clean.」

「A great example of an historic motel. Maintenance and facility quality are lacking.」

「Under new management. He’s been working hard to get a rundown motel cleaned up. Still has a long way to go. My friend said his sheets had dirt and hair. My room was clean, except for the Smokey smell, that manager sprayed a deodorizer that helped. 」

「No fresh food for four days. No counter service. Bed was ok, but no king size beds. Toilet did not fully flush. Sink cabinetry cracked. Toilet size for children. Room wall light did not work. Window curtain broken. No motel signage. Property not suited for general public. Smells bad. This motel needs to be bulldozed.」

「This property is a step back in time. The main floor is remodeled very nicely. The basement where the washer and dryer are has a room that feels like the 1960's. It has a radio and bar that are from the old days and is pretty cool. The 2nd floor where the bedrooms is definitely a step back in time. The woodwork and furniture is very dark. The paint is very dark. There were no nightstands in any of the rooms which made it hard for me as I use a cpap machine. The bathroom is again from...
