"Lovely one night trip, used the spa which was quite busy but we were still able to spend a few hours there. Particularly loved the amethyst salt bath, I could have sat in there for hours. Had a casual meal in the bar which was really nice, and the service was great. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast really nice as well, lots of options and again lovely service. One slight gripe was that the bedroom was very warm and didn’t have air con, I believe they are introducing this to the hotel bit by bit, but with the recent heatwave weather the room felt pretty warm."

"I like the view in the hotel. I felt very safe there and the food was delicious there. However, I didn’t like how there was no air conditioning or a fridge in your room to keep your food in it."

"Beautiful hotel. Checking in, staff could have been more courteous. Kept me waiting while someone else charged their phone making a booking for their stay. I had to stand and wait. There was no apology, or guidance. For the standard of the hotel and cost I expected a higher standard of service "
