「Hôte très sympathique je recommande 」

「This hotel is a little out of the very center of Cluny but only by a 15 minute walk (from which we discovered we could watch horse jumping practices at the Haras). The area is fine, not as picturesque as other parts. Our room was spacious, with a nice, new bathroom; the pillows were unusually thick (i.e. comfy) for French pillows. Staff were friendly and parking was easy.」

「The innkeeper made us feel welcome and pointed out several restaurants walking distance away. She opened her garage to store our recumbent trikes overnight.」

「The owner has kept the house so that each room has interesting items to look at. Lovely view from the lounge of the front garden and the surrounding countryside. Modern kitchen. Various seating areas available both in the house and in the garden. We sat each evening on the small patio under the tree near the drive until darkness drove us indoors. 「Il a fait très chaud ce week-end, la maison reste fraîche, sans doute grâce à ses murs épais.De toute façon la climatisation est présente et très efficace. La piscine est superbe, c'est un régal de pouvoir se baigner à l'intérieur. Nous avons passé un très bon moment. La maison mérite bien son nom " Mon petit paradis "」

「We had an absolutely fabulous holiday in this rural, beautiful and peaceful area. Close to nature but also close to tourist spots eg Cluny, Macon, Taize. The property was ideal for our family group which included grandparents. The pool and accommodation were fantastic.
