「I stayed in this property many times. On the negative hand, the apartments ( 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms in which I stayed in different times ) need renovation in some areas. On the positive hand, the personel is always accommodating and kind, the problem solvers are below and my Oscars go to them. Ms. Tumi Ms. Sisanda Ms. Ivy Ms. Lusanda Ms. Mokhadi Mr. Jeff I stayed 3 weeks this time and I thank you all very much again. 」

「It was nice to have the space at Villa Moyal, but with everything around you surrounded by high fences, razor & electric wire, I was not excited to walk at night. I would have rather stayed a few blocks away, closer to the restaurants and shops of Melrose Arch. 」

Precious, the house servant, was made available for us, and she proved to be professional in her duties as well as in her interpersonal skills. 「The premises is clean and tidy, the apartment was large with massive beautiful beds. it was very comfortable.」

「Great and convenient property. Communication was excellent and they were super communicative around check in and out. Maids did a great job keeping it spotless. Some maintenance needed (like tv not working, some painting touch ups needed etc) but overall comfortable stay and will keep going back. 」
