"Very good accommodation and a great location for visiting Mountain Zebra National Park which is only 10 minutes away. Plus they have recently added a super restaurant which must be the best in Cradock. We will definitely be back at Albert House the next time we visit Cradock and Mountain Zebra National Park."

"I was pleasantly surprised during our last visit to the Hotel. We used it as a halfway stop on the way back from Kimberly. The front-of-house was very friendly, good vibe in the restaurant/pub and the food was very good. One does have to realise it is a "vintage" hotel and if you would be so inclined, one could find fault everywhere. But I will definitely return again. The bedding was excellent and the bed massive! "This was an unfortunate stay in an otherwise great trip. When we arrived they had no record of our booking even though it had been prepaid. We felt that since we had phoned ahead contingency plans should have been put in place before we actually arrived. As it was we had to wait and hour for alternative accommodation was sourced. This was after a 9 hour drive. Now in fairness we were put up in a very nice family home with no hassle and it did seem that the issue was with hotels.com rather...
