I couldn't find the property and lost my booking. Now I need a full refund of my money. I think Expedia shoudn't take the money in advance when the address of the property is not provided or doesn't exist. It has been a shocking experience. I hope others won't fall in the same situation.」

「Lovely resort. We had a very spacious room so enjoyable to be in when relaxing. Great view over the lake. Pool was nice and very clean. We arrived really late at night as our flight was pushed back 6 hours. We didn’t get there till about 12:30. We communicated with them through WhatsApp and they sent us directions on how to get in. How to find our room. And a number to call if we had problems. Which we did as Expedia’s directions took us 12 minutes away from room and in El Salvador it seems to...
