「Super clean, comfortable, convenient place in Tipton. Manager is beyond helpful and kind, you can tell the place is well-cared for with thoughtfulness, like well-stocked coffee supplies, cute fridge and microwave, bottled water, thick fluffy towels, bidet, hair dryer, and great individual reading lights for reading in bed. Also had outside benches for enjoying the summer evenings.」

「We love this cute quiet house!! Super spacious with all the amenities. The hosts are very personable. Only complaint is we didnt get to see Tinker their dog this time. Close enough to Kinnick stadium without all the noise. Peaceful and beautiful out doors. All the appliances you need to cook a meal. The snacks and treats are always appreciated. This is our third stay and we will be back next year!! GO HAWKS!!」
